Man in the Mirror

I originally came up with the idea for this piece of art in 1999, but for some reason I never got around to making it. In late 2023 I found a broken mirror while moving and almost threw it away, but decided that it could be used in this artwork. I spent several hours figuring out the best way to create the "man made of mirrors" effect, and went through some trial and errors. I used mirror paint my first try, and the end result was terrible. In the end, I bought a mirror and broke it so I could use the large shards, and the small shards I purchased at a hobby shop. The artwork is 42 inches tall and 36 inches wide, and has a depth of 6 inches.
