April Update + Noise Weapons
Hello all! It has already been almost a month since the new site has been up and the reception has been great! The shop is full of most of our available catalog of music and other media, with just a few more albums pending. Maintenance is still being done on a few places of the website, namely our Noise weapons which I have begun to list.
Currently, the Collectible, the Signature Series, and all of the Guitars have been put up, and I will continue to add the rest over the next week. However, due to the recent tarrifs imposed by President Trump, the prices listed on all of the pages are not up to date. We lament having to do this, and we want to revert to the original prices as soon as possible. Currently none of the instruments are listed on our shop since they all need to be weighed in accordance to Squarespace’s store policy, but they will be up some time in May. If you are interested in purchasing anything listed, or are inquiring about prices, please email chase@badstain.com.
In other news, we have plans to release new matieral from our recording artists this month, and we are also working on setting up digital album purchases. Squarespace’s digital items only allow files up to 300mb, which is too small to support uncompressed versions of most of our releases. For this, I have begun to create a server on our end to host the albums so that you can just download them in your desired format directly from us. This, as you can imagine, is a pretty large task and is secondary to completing the transition between websites, updating our shop, and coordinating new album releases, so I apoligize for the slow pace of things.
We’re very busy over here, and we are very excited to roll out our hard work. Expect more updates here soon, and thanks for supporting local music!

Welcome to the new website! I’m super excited to have it finally published after lots of tedious work the past couple weeks. Our old website, badstainrecords.com was quite outdated and really needed a new look, so I hope everyone appreciates the overhaul. We also have an online shop which is huge for us! You can buy merch and some select releases on there right now, but we will be continually adding more releases and updating more pages with time. Some things to expect are new basses and guitars going up, as well as more options for streaming/digital downloads through the website. If you notice any problems, feel free to let us know on our instagram @officialbadstain and we will try to fix it asap.
That being said, if anyone wants to reach out for signing opportunities and physical releases, you can fill out the form on the bottom of the home page, or email support@badstain.com. We are always looking for more local talent, so don’t hesitate to reach out or tell your musician friends.
